Small Package €4,25
Big Package €5,95
Shipping costs are free for orders of €80,- or higher.
For all other countries the shipping costs can be seen at the checkout.
LOST PACKAGES
Please report your shipping problem to us within 10 days.
If a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier at the shipping address, but not received by you, the claim must be filed within 10 days from the date and time the carrier marked the package as delivered.
If the problem is not reported to us within 10 days, unfortunately we can no longer help you regarding the issue.
